Return & Refund Policy


What items are eligible for return?

  • Items under Sale/Discount Zone and Accessories category are not exchangeable or refundable
  • Size Exchange is not allowed. Please check with us if you need further clarification before purchasing. 
  • Defective items are eligible for exchange and return - unboxing video is a must.
  • Items must be in its original condition - tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined.

Procedure for Return & Refund  : 

Exchange and Refund are accepted on apparels only. For exchange, please drop an email to purpleclothing835@gmail.com within 12 hours with a full unpacking video after receiving the product with your Order ID and other necessary details for references. Once confirmed over email from our end, please post the product back to us within 5 business days if it’s within Malaysia and 2-4 weeks for International customers. Return postage charges/costs will be borne by the buyer.

ALL returned products should be completely unused and undamaged. Returned items must be delivered to us in the original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We’re unable to accept your return once it has been washed. Please check your item upon receiving it.

Puurple.Co reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is re-sellable before issuing a coupon code/refund or exchanging the product.

Products with tampered, damaged or missing tag are not eligible to exchange and return. We aim to accept all returns/exchanges. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, Postage fees may apply for return delivery. All goods will be inspected on return.

We try our best to take photos of products under natural light since we want the actual products to look similar to what you have seen on the website/page. However, when a camera or a computer monitor or a device can’t match the perspective of an eye, there are times. The colour of products may vary and please allow 10%-15% of colour variation in real products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will not be acceptable.

Since most of our products are handblock printed, which means hand-made, there might be slight irregularities and unevenness in the weave, pattern and prints. These imperfections are not defects, but a testimony of human involvement in the process and are the reason that makes each piece unique. Return/Exchanges/Refund due to this reason will not be acceptable.

Return can only be done one time per order, meaning that any order made with return store credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
